Communication Student Worker

TFS HealthScience is excited to be expanding our Communication team and we are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Communication Student Worker who shares our vision of providing clinical research excellence. Our Communication  team is a highly experienced international group of professionals led by an industry expert.

TFS HealthScience is looking for a Communication Student Worker, office based in Lund. 

Our business is enjoying rapid growth on a global level and to support that growth we would like to hire a student with major in Marketing and Communications for our Corporate Communications department based in Lund, Sweden. This role will suit an undergraduate looking for paid work experience of 10-12 hours per week. Working hours can fit in with your ongoing studies to allow you to gain valuable hands-on experience in a busy Corporate Communication department.

As a Student Communication Coordinator in Corporate Communications you will perform a variety of communication tasks in multiple communication channels.

• Intranet content updates in Sharepoint


• Newsletter handling


• Internal Social Media posts in Yammer


• Content creation of videos, photos and articles


• Compile Intranet data and prepare communication reports


• Internal event support

• Currently enrolled to a university degree in Marketing and Communications


• Available to work up to 10-12 hours per week


• Experience in Microsoft applications including Sharepoint, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook required


• Experience from Video, Photography and photoshop is valued


• Creative mindset and team spirit


• Team player with organizational skills


• Proactive, ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality


• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
